Shipping and payment terms

 ·        We deliver with DHL.

 ·        Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday.

 ·        Orders on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).

 ·        DHL delivers your package within 3 - 4 working days.

 ·        Please note the longer delivery times for personalized items.

 ·        When ordering items that are individually named for you, the delivery time is extended. After receipt of payment, delivery times for personalized items are 10-14 working days. Your order will only be dispatched once all the items you have ordered have been completed. A partial delivery from an order is not possible.

Shipping

·        For shipping within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of € 4.90

 ·        From an order value of 50, - Euro we send your order free of charge!

 ·        The shipping costs to Austria are € 12.90

 ·        The shipping costs to Switzerland are € 24.90
